Student Services
Current Number of Students Living in Dormitories:
- Central campus dormitory (for male students) = 35 students
- Dormitory for married students: 15 students
- Campus dormitory (for female students) = 62 students
The dormitories are equipped with top-notch facilities and convenient rooms readied for the residence of the students.
Granting Gifts on the Occasion of the Student Day:
Each semester the Research Institute grants gifts on the occasion of the Student Day on Dec. 7 to the MA students (4 semesters) and PhD students (8 semesters).
Book Bonus:
Every year in May, on the occasion of the Tehran Intl. Book Fair, the students are granted some book bonuses to buy their required books.
A4 Paper Sheets Quotas:
Students receive 250 pages of A4 paper sheets in each semester plus grants in cash of Rls.210000 for MA students, Rls.280000 for PhD students, and Rls.500000 for full-time faculty members for their printing demands.
Stipend:
The Research Institute grants stipend to MA students for four semesters and PhD students for eight semesters.
Welfare Fund:
The student welfare Fund grants small loans for education and marriage as well as house mortgage to married students. The loans are granted based on availability of funds and the number of applications.
Student Insurance Scheme:
The Research Institute offers accident insurance and life insurance coverage in the beginning of each academic year.
Student Camps:
The Research Institute organizes student tours to the cities of Qom, Khomein, Kashan, Abyaneh, as well as recreation camps in Darakeh, Imamzadeh Davoud, Ebrat Museum and Jamaran Complex and other places. There are also some programs for going to the movies, attending academic seminars outside the research institute, etc.
