Board of Trustees
This Research Institute is affiliated to the Institute for the Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini and is under the supervision of a Board of Trustees comprising the following personalities:
- The Custodian of the Institute for the Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini and the chairman of the Board of Trustees Ayatollah Haj Seyyed Hassan Khomeini
- Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Mousavi Bojnourdi
- Dr. (Mrs.) Fatemeh Tabatabai
- Minister of Science, Research and Technology
- Deputy President for Planning and Strategic Supervision
- Dean of the Imam Khomeini and Islamic Revolution Research Institute
- Acting Director of the Institute for the Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini

- Dr. Najafqoli Habibi
- Dr. Ali Mohammad Hazeri

Dean
Upon the agreement of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology, the Dean of the Research Institute is appointed by the Custodian of the Institute for the Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini. Ayatollah Abbasali Rouhani is currently the Dean of the Research Institute.
Research and Educational Council
The Research and Educational Council is the supreme policymaking body supervising the academic and research activities of the Research Institute whose members are appointed by the Board of Trustees.
